March on with Newsclick is a bi-weekly podcast that will bring to you news of people's movements from across the globe. Mainstream media more often than not under-reports or misreport s such stories. Our attempt in March on is to bring to you voices from the ground and reports that are unbiased.
In this episode we talk about the education crisis that is unfolding with students and teachers protesting in large numbers against the regressive and anti-student as well as anti-teacher policies of the government.From the medical students of Uttarakhand to Para-teachers strike in West Bengal. We also speak with Prof. Nandita Narayan of Delhi University about the protest against the draft National Education Policy. Students in France too are protesting and we will cover a bit of that before we move on to updates of the killings in Bolivia and the health workers strike in Kenya.
