The Bharat Bandh called by all major opposition parties had been an unprecedented success. Large number of people participated and showed displeasure and anger against UPA's anti-people economic policies. The opposition has asked the government either to roll back fuel prices or be ready to face more intensified mass movement against its arrogant pro-rich policies.
