On the 6th of May, Israeli authorities arrested Ameer Makhoul, a prominent arab-Israeli civil society leader for speaking out against Isarel. No official charges have been announced and Ameer has not been allowed to meet with his family. Newsclick speaks to Janan Abdu (Ameer's wife).
