The Congress high command is not any less responsible for the current chaos in the party for power. In the oldest political party of the country, the eligibility for power or position is considered based on the respectful loyalty to the high command or their advisors. Some of the top faces of the high command are now known by the name of G-23, stoking the fire of revolt in Delhi or Jammu.
