About 10,000 Rohingya refugees living in Jammu for over a decade face displacement once again. They fled persecution in Myanmar, but what they thought was a safe haven, isn’t so. Since last year, the J&K administration has detained more than 150 Rohingya's, including women and children, under the Foreigners Act. This has caused panic and fear among the refugees, who are packing up to leave the city. NewsClick's Kamran Yousuf reports from Jammu.
