Atrocities on Dalits are on a rise. And more over there is a systematic attack on Dalit students across the country. Atrocities that have taken place on Dalit students in the southern coastal region of India is an apparent example of this in the recent time. The present government at the Centre has perfected this act, says Paul Diwakar, General Secretary, National Campaign for Dalit Human Rights.
