CAA: Protests in Old Delhi, Then Lathi Charge by Police

Following Bhim Army’s call, a large number of protestors marched from Jama Masjid towards Jantar Mantar opposing CAA. The protestors, however, were stopped at Delhi Gate itself. The protestors then continued their demonstration where they were stopped by the police, continuing till evening. As the evening progressed, the police resorted to lathi charge and using water cannons against the protestors in order to disperse them, injuring many.
