The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) has reported discrepancies in the government's flagship scheme Ayushman Bharat. According to the CAG report, around 7.5 lakh people are registered with the same contact number - 9999999999. There are other allegations of invalid names and duplicate Ids as well.
