Designer clothes, camera and binoculars in hand, nestled in the lap of nature…the PM’s image surely looks ‘cool’ for a country where 80-crore poorest of poor are surviving on free rations, with no work or earnings.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been on an animal and bird feeding spree. So far, so good. But much as the photo-ops refurbish his image from time to time, the cries of the poor who are burdened by spiralling prices and unemployment are not being heard. Their tears seem to be sliding down this government’s waterproof heart.
