Mander refers to the various double standards in the Bill which seek to negate the violence faced by Sri Lankan Tamils, Napali Madhesis and Rohingya Muslims. Similarly, Uyghurs are also facing persecution in China. But they cannot seek asylum in India, as per the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019.
