Electricity Amendment Bill 2020 Is Anti Worker
The central government is pushing through the Electricity Amendment Bill 2020 along with the new farm laws. The bill is not just against farmers but will also pave the way for privatisation of the Electricity Department. That is why workers from the Electricity Department are also opposing the bill along with the farmers. In order to extend their solidarity, workers from the Punjab Electricity Board have reached the Singhu border of the national capital, where protesting farmers have been camping for over a month now.
