Jayraj Singh Chauhan, a young farmer from Madhya Pradesh, has lost his home, crop on his five-acre land and animals to the deluge brought by Narmada. Gujarat government has decided to fill the Sardar Sarovar reservoirs before the deadline of October 15 because of which, water level of the Narmada river is increasing and several villages are drowning in the river. Chauhan, a resident of Kukra village (Rajghat) of Barwani district, narrates the ground reality in this video.
