Free Market Economics has Failed India

The average annual rate of job growth has been lower than the growth of India's working age population since the 1990s. And it has steadily fallen from the mid-2000s. Under the UPA, jobs grew at one-fourth the required rate, while in the first five years under PM Modi, it has grown at one-eighth of what is needed. This is a clear sign that free market policies followed by successive governments has failed India's jobseekers.
