The convenor of Consortium of Industry Associations (CIA), KE Raghunathan said that the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises(MSME) were down before the pandemic due to demonetisation and improper implementation of GST. The continued lockdown further deteriorated it. Therefore, providing loans alone will not be adequate for them to overcome the crisis. Need more relaxations and urgent interventions from both the central and state governments.
