All Indian Kisan Sabha has given a nationwide call for protest where farmers from across India will come forward as a team to put across their demands, asking for the complete loan waiver for the peasantry and implementation of the Swaminathan Committee Recommendations. The farmers' movement has peaked in India in the last four years, where a huge section of the Indian population is protesting against the Narendra Modi-led BJP government's pro-corporate policies.
