Karnataka poll results are pointing towards a hung assembly in the state. Whether the BJP forms the government or the Congress-JD(S) coalition, this has to be a lesson for 2019 general elections, according to Urmilesh. He feels that all the secular parties have to unite under the common minimum programme, if they intend to defeat the BJP.
