In Khajuri Khas, which falls under Karawal Nagar Assembly constituency, about 70-80 homes in two lanes have been burnt down. Only three houses remain intact, all owned by Hindus. One belongs to a Delhi Police constable, one is sealed, and the third belongs to a lawyer. This scene is a grim reminder of the mindset and the purpose with which the rioters came into these lanes.
