Are the weapons used by the state really non-lethal?
A resident of Srinagar city, 30-year-old Yasmeena was grievously injured due to a stun grenade fired upon her in the city outskirts earlier this week. According to reports, she was heading home when she was wounded. There had been protests in her area against the state power department. Her state once again puts a question mark on the use of so called non-lethal weapons by government forces.
