Modi government is unthinkably neoliberal than its predecessor governments.
Prabhat Patnaik speaking at the Idea of India conclave stated that the transition into neo-liberalism always calls for structural change. He said that the Modi government is unthinkably more neo-liberal than its predecessor governments. Prabhat points out that in a world where Neoliberalism has reached a dead-end the real crisis is that Modi government is still dead-set on pushing the neoliberal agenda.
