Thousands of trucks carrying essential supplies to Nepal which includes cooking gas, oil, vegetables, are stranded at the border. The series of event has started mainly post September 20 after adoption of new constitution by. India and Nepal are in an uneasy relation since then. India's interference in Nepal's internal affairs has been termed as attack on the sovereignty of Nepal. It is said that being a neighboring country and seeing the implicit nature of Nepal's economic dependence on India, New Delhi should have been more sensitive in expression of its views.
