The call for the protest march was given by Fatima Nafis, mother of Najeeb and Radhika Vemula mother of Rohith Vemula. 

The protest call was given as the Central Bureau of Investigation was allowed to terminate the probe into his mysterious disappearance two years ago. The CBI has filed its closure report and the court will take a look at it on November 29.
