Against the backdrop of the endless lynchings, deaths due to starvation, and overall harrowing state of the underprivileged in the country, there is a dire need to introspect, and stop the divisive forces in the country. At a time where a common man is suffering at the hands of the government on many fronts, the friendship between the political powers and corporates has brought out the DNA of crony capitalism to the fore. It's time we stand up for the country that India really is -- plural, democratic and peace loving.
