Authorities in Jammu and Kashmir have made heavy deployment of security forces in the Kashmir Valley ahead of the Supreme Court hearing on Article 35A, which will take place between February 26 and 28. The security forces are on alert due to the shutdown call given by the separatists in the Valley.
