We are Hopeful of Getting Justice: Duraiya Jafri, Daughter in Law of Zakia Jafri

As the hearing of the Zakia Jafri case in the Supreme Court was deferred till November 26, Jafri’s daughter-in-law Duraiya told Teesta Setalvad that she has come all the way from Surat, hoping that they will get justice from the Supreme Court. She alleged that the court had overlooked the evidence and affidavit submitted by former Gujarat State Director-General of Police R B Sreekumar and former IPS officer Rahul Sharma, and hopes that the evidence will be given due importance now.
