At a lecture given on the occasion of the 10 year anniversary of the Batla House Encounter, Prashant Bhushan talks about how if we look at rule of law in India today, what we find is a very alarming state of affairs. Be it fake encounters, lynch mobs or social media trolling, the Prime Minister seems to be virtually leading this fascist onslaught. He also speaks about the constant misuse of draconian laws like NSA, AFSPA, and UAPA that are being used to silence dissenting voices.
