In this episode of Let’s Talk we discuss the harvest season and COVID-19. Farmers are set to harvest their crops amid the lockdown and face a host of challenges. There are basic logistical issues such as being able to manage the harvest itself. There are questions of getting the right price for the crop, the price to survive at least. There are challenges of transportation, and storage. What support are our farmers getting for this? Are they getting any at all? We talk to Vijoo Krishnan of the All India Kisan Sabha on this issue.
