Protests Across Country Against Corporatisation of Ordnance Factories

Against the government’s decision to opt for corporatisation of the ordnance factories, the workers employed in these factories across the country called for a protest.

The BJP-led government at the Centre seems to be having more faith in the corporates than itself. Because that is what it is resorting to in the defence sector. However, one important question that begs an answer is: Is corporatisation the best option for the Indian defence and the workers in the sector? Against the government’s decision to opt for corporatisation of the ordnance factories, the workers employed in these factories across the country called for a protest August 20.
