The refusal of the Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha Harivansh to adjourn the session, the manner in which a voice vote was conducted, and the no-confidence against him by Opposition MPs––all indicate a breakdown of trust between the government and the Opposition, says former Secretary-General of the Lok Sabha P D T Achary in an interview with NewsClick.
