Secret Political Donations to Continue, But Farmers Can't Even Protest?

Farmers protesting against the government's policies called a Bharat Bandh today, but the government continues to suppress their protest and did not even allow them to hold a press conference. While the farmers are following the path of non-violence preached by Gandhi, the government refuses to arrive at a negotiation.
