Owing to the compulsion of downloading the Aarogya Setu mobile application, health and technology circles—in addition to political—are abuzz with debates and discussions. A few Asian countries did use a mobile application along with their multi-pronged approach to counter the novel coronavirus spread. But can India be compared to them? Barring a few exceptions, there is a lack of solid health infrastructure across the country.
