Bhopal Gas Tragedy: Justice Delayed, Justice Denied

The Bhopal tragedy took place on the intervening night of December 2-3, 1984, but, as justice was denied to the victims by the courts, the company, the various political outfits and governments, it continues to be a cause of suffering even after 35 years. The Bhopal gas disaster has been creating newer victims, and has led to 25,000 deaths over the years—many of which could have been avoided.
