This week's three big news and their analysis: 1. In 2011, the Congress-led UPA government had promised inside and outside the parliament that in Census 2011, along with SC/ST,  the OBC population would also be counted. But it did not happen. Later, under a ministry, a survey was conducted, which was not publicly published. The Modi government had also promised that the OBC population would be counted in 2021. But last Friday the government made it clear before the Supreme Court that such a caste census won't take place. So, why does every regime appear fearful of conducting a Census of the OBC population?
