Delhi's Home Based Workers:Invisible and Unpaid

Across India, thousands of home based workers slog in dingy rooms, in narrow alleys to make ends meet without being recognised as formal workers by the state. Most home based workers happen to be women who do small tasks to provide extra income for their families. Some work for local contractors while many work for big brands such as Zara.
