A large section of the whole world knows that movement only from that unfortunate incident, while this movement was much bigger than that, and many people called it a class struggle. The book Factory Japani Pratirodh Hindustani covers the whole story of this movement and the struggle of Maruti workers. We talked to the authors of this book, Anjali Deshpande and Nandita Haksar, about what the workers lost or gained from this movement.
