Housing for All — Do We Have Enough Money?

What do you need to live a decent life? Basic housing for all Indians. What would that mean?

What do you need to live a decent life? Basic housing for all Indians. What would that mean? Maybe a small house in a village, a second hand motorbike, some farm equipment. Electricity, a toilet with running water. A radio. Maybe it would mean a small apartment in a town or a city, a TV. But three out of four Indians do not own what is in this simple list. Don't we have enough money in India to make this list happen? Or is the money only there for some Indians, always in the pockets of a few?
