Two incomplete bridges in Pulwama and one in Budgam are affecting tens of thousands of village residents in Kashmir. The foundation to construct the bridge in Dogripora area was laid around 2005 under a PDP-Congress led coalition government. Another bridge which connected villages in Pulwama to those in Shopian's Rohmoo area was washed away by the devastating floods in 2014. Since then, the important bridge is yet to be reconstructed.
