‘National Social Registry Can be a Tool of Surveillance’

To be able to understand each and every facet of the 1.2 billion people of India, the Modi government is in the last phase of making an auto-updating, searchable database. But if officers and advisors of Modi government are to be believed, every activity of Indian citizens will be monitored using this National Social Registry.
