The Supreme Court on Tuesday granted bail to senior Congress leader P Chidambaram in the INX media corruption case. He was granted relief two months after he was arrested in the case filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation. However, he will have to continue to stay in the jail, as Enforcement Directorate has already arrested him in another case. During his tenure as the home minister in the UPA government, Amit Shah was subjected to intense inquiry.
