Save India Campaign: Demand for Relief, Welfare and Policy Measures
In the face of a government paralysis on key issues, working people have initiated the 'Save India' Campaign. Three leading organisations -- All India Agricultural Workers Unions (AIAWU), Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) and All India Kisan Sabha (AIKS) are organising the campaign. The key demands of the campaign are pro-people policies, immediate relief in the form of monetary compensation and food. The campaign will also champion several other demands which are key to workers' well-being.
