‘Shoe Thrown at Constitution, Not CJI Gavai!’
Thousands of Dalits held a strong protest in Delhi as part of the "Samvidhan Samman Yatra." Anger was palpable over the shoe-throwing incident at Justice B.R. Gavai and the suicide of a Dalit IPS officer in Haryana. During the march from Ambedkar Bhavan toward Parliament, slogans like "We Are Out on Streets in Honour of the Constitution” echoed.
