Legendary American investor Warren Buffett says that the market constantly misprices stocks and that Mr Market is not very efficient at finding the intrinsic value of a stock—sometimes for decades. Although the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway claims that markets work perfectly everywhere else, his own investment practices show that he has benefitted from the inherent inefficiency and chaotic nature of the market system. This is the exact opposite of what you have been told by economists and pundits.
