The order was given during a petition against the garbage and piles of plastic accumulating around railway tracks. NewsClick visited three slums in Delhi and heard the concerns and the anger of the residents there. People were in fear of being rendered homeless during the epidemic, and are critical of the attitude of the Modi government towards the issue.
